Who we are!
Since 2009 NEG's mission has been to provide educational, professional, personal empowerment and artistic programs for all people with an emphasis on girls, women, and senior women, and particularly the underserved BIPOC communities.
Our engagement programs are strictly organic, door to door, and person to person lead by community leader
J. MOST. Our programs and academic curriculum are designed to reach any age, gender, culture, ethnicity
We are well versed in education, fitness, dance and outreach of all kind including a wide range of mental health & trauma recovery formulas to uplift and empower our community through barriers that may exist. Women “UNITE” To Win By NEG has worked closely with all ethnicities. National Empowerment Group Inc.'s goal is to reach all communities and connect them to resources they need for healthy and flourishing life.
Our results are substantiated with over 500,000 community participants touched in almost every area in the Twin Cities.

Dr. Wendy Johnson
Wendy Johnson is Co-Founder of National Empowerment Group, Inc, and Founder of Girls
Glam Back to School Empowerment Weekend. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in
Accounting/Economics, Master of Arts in Business Administration and a Doctorate in
Administration and Management. Dr. Wendy began her career as an accountant and has since
worked for various academic institutions. She has achieved many business, academic and social
accomplishments and is a member of the North Harris County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma
Theta, Inc. Dr. Wendy is also Founder & President of MANAGING FROM AFAR (MFA), a
consulting, training and support firm specializing in leadership and remote work operations. She
speaks and presents at various institutions and conferences, facilitates graduate level courses and
sits on various dissertation committees. Dr. Wendy has held various key senior leadership roles,
where she was responsible for assessing, evaluating, and reorganizing human capital, right-sizing
divisions, managing various locations and multi-million-dollar budgets, leading large academic
operations, adhering to compliance mandates, staff appointments and continuous
improvement. She is author of MANAGING FROM AFAR – How to Navigate in a Remote
Environment, Missing in Action - Black Women in the Boardroom and has published various
academic, organizational development, leadership, and career development articles. Dr. Wendy
prides herself on giving back, making a difference, and changing lives.
J. MOST
J. MOST is a visionary leader with a passion for community empowerment. As Co-Founder of National Empowerment Group, Inc. and Founder/CEO of Women “UNITE” To Win BY NEG, along with the Women "UNITE" To Win Women's Appreciation Luncheon, he has dedicated his life to educating and empowering communities. His journey began early in high school, where he worked at the Boys and Girls Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, gaining firsthand experience in community programming and the importance of community engagement. Through college and beyond, he continued to learn and serve, honing his skills as a mentor, coach, and speaker.
With over 20 years of experience in teaching and social services, J. MOST is a trained educator specializing in special needs and at-risk students. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from St. Cloud State University.
In addition to his community service, J. MOST is a national performing artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of J. MOST Music Lyrics, LLC, World Class Events & Promo, COMMAND STEPPERS MN feat J. MOST, and Knowledge Of The Game, LLC. J. MOST's impact extends beyond his own endeavors, as he believes in empowering individuals to create positive change in their communities. Many have been inspired by his leadership to pursue their own paths in community service, teaching, and entrepreneurship, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and transformation.
