EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS 

Healthy Youth Make Healthy Adults!  - this program introduces healthy core values that shape self-image, self-esteem and self-reliance. It incorporates various community leaders, fitness experts and various dance routines (including, but not limited to: line-dancing, drill team routines, etc.). This program addresses the healthy needs and challenges that youth experience while educating, uplifting  and motivating them toward successful healthy outcomes.  The message is global and educates youth about healthy living and the importance of living a healthy life at an early age.


Girls On The Move! is a comprehensive diverse after-school youth development program that addresses the challenges and needs of girls, while continuing to inspire, empower and motivate them toward successful academic outcomes. The program will assess the strengths and weaknesses of school-age girls while improving student achievement.  We will collaborate with the school and parents to empower girls to be intelligent, productive and respected young women. Our creative competency based workshops, projects and field trips girls will enhance their ability to make smart/safe decisions and unlock their academic and leadership abilities. These group lead programs facilitated by knowledge-based community mentors are great for “at-risk” or “non at-risk” students that need additional competency based academic advising, personal/professional guidance and direction.


Women UNITE to Win – Appreciation Banquet/Luncheon - is an exceptional and unforgettable annual empowerment event filled with education and networking. This powerful program acknowledges phenomenal girls and women in the Twin Cities area as it assists with overcoming personal and professional obstacles and it educates and empowers the community. This extraordinary event will motivate you to achieve at the highest level. Empowerment is an important factor in the development of self-esteem, growth and personal development. Over the years this event has remembered “Great Women in History”, The Health & Wisdom of our Grandmothers” and “Women that Survived Domestic Violence”. The program is global and it empowers, educates and inspires all girls/women to live an informed, safe and healthy life. 

Girls Glam Back-To-School Empowerment Weekend – This is an annual fund-raiser for the "Girls on the Move!" an after-school program that services girls ages 7 to 17. This benefit empowers, engages and educates students on self-esteem, bullying, health & wellness and financial literacy before they start the school year. It services over 500+ at-risk students. It offers empowerment workshops, backpacks, a FREE hairstyle or hair cut and a free onsite immunization clinic.
